Cancellation Policy

Every session at Yodie’s House of Healing is an energetic exchange. This space isn’t transactional—it’s sacred. And that means mutual respect is the standard. Refunds + Reschedules Refunds are only issued if Yodie cancels your session. You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to two times within one month of your original booking. After the second reschedule or after a month has passed, the session is forfeited and the payment is non-refundable. You can cancel or reschedule your own session through your client portal. If you’re unsure about anything, reach out before your session is scheduled to begin. Live Sessions If you’re booking a live session with Yodie, please know that she reserves the right to reschedule or cancel based on energetic alignment. This isn’t personal—it’s part of how she protects the space. If something feels off, the session will be moved. You’ll be notified and rescheduled accordingly. Pre-Recorded Sessions Pre-recorded sessions do not follow the same scheduling process as live bookings. The time you choose does not reflect when your reading will be delivered. All readings are sent within 72 hours of booking. Spirit speaks, and you’ll get a link in your inbox to watch on your own time. A Note on Energy + Respect This work is deeply spiritual. Yodie shows up with full presence and asks the same in return. If you’re not able to attend your live session, please cancel or reschedule ahead of time. This isn’t a place for repeated last-minute chaos or constant no-shows. Respect the energy. Respect the container. Respect the work.
